Two years in and still refreshing localhost

Full-stack developer building the systems a business runs on every day.

My strongest work so far is three ERP and SaaS platforms we built at Techindika, all still in daily use: a payroll and safety ERP for an industrial operator, a college admissions system, and a white-label AI chatbot platform. I worked across the stack on each one, with most of my time on the frontend.
The problems I like only show up at scale. Twelve kinds of staff with different permissions. Multi-step forms that cannot lose data. Tables that stay fast with thousands of rows. Background jobs for payroll runs that must not be almost right.
Owning a feature from the database schema to the pixel, with typed contracts in between.
Role-based access, approval workflows, audit trails and bulk operations for real operations teams.
REST services on Node and Express, PostgreSQL and MongoDB schemas designed around how the business reads data.
React and Next.js codebases that stay maintainable as teams and features grow. Design systems, not one-off screens.
RAG pipelines, streaming chat, multi-tenant knowledge bases and embeddable widgets that live inside other products.
Razorpay and PhonePe flows, payroll approvals, safety compliance modules with incident reporting.
Six layers, one system. Every product I ship touches all of them, so every one of them is a tool I keep sharp.
Screens people work in all day
Server state, client state, kept apart
Typed contracts, scoped by role
Payroll runs, imports, scheduled refresh
Schemas built around the read path
Retrieval, streaming, deployment
My three strongest projects to date. We built all of them at Techindika, and all three are still running for the businesses that commissioned them.

A multi-tenant ERP that runs HR, attendance, safety compliance, training and payroll for industrial sites, with one audit trail across all of it.

A self-hosted, multi-tenant chatbot platform with isolated knowledge bases per workspace, a RAG pipeline over documents and live APIs, and a widget that embeds with one script tag.

An academic management platform covering online admissions with payment, fee configuration per session, bulk certificate generation and a parent portal, with twelve staff roles controlling access.
The people who manage my work and pay for it, quoted in full and exactly as they wrote it.

Managed Akinur directly

As CEO of Techindika, I've had the chance to work with Akinur on some of our most demanding ERP engagements, and he has consistently delivered above expectation.
Akinur is a frontend-focused full-stack developer who actually owns the work end-to-end. He has independently delivered full frontends for multi-tenant ERP platforms at Techindika, the kind of projects where requirements shift, workflows are dense, and a weak frontend will sink the entire product. He turns those complex workflows into interfaces that admins and employees can genuinely use, which is a much rarer skill than it sounds.
His stack is solid - Next.js, TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and he applies it with judgement, not just fluency. He thinks about state, performance, and developer ergonomics, and he ships clean code that the next engineer will thank him for.
What I value most as his manager is that he can be trusted with hard problems and given space to run with them. He's still early in his career, but he already operates with the ownership of a much more senior engineer.
I recommend Akinur with confidence. Any team that gives him a real problem to solve will see exactly what I mean.

Akinur built the frontend for an internal ERP tool for Paymag.
We run a recharge platform and renewables energy business side by side, and honestly my requirements were half formed when we started. He asked enough questions upfront that we didn't waste time building things twice.
The UI he built is still what my team uses daily. Delivered without me having to follow up on progress, which made my life easier.
Shipped without chasing
I take on full-stack and lead roles for ERP, admin and SaaS products. Tell me what you are building and I will reply within a day.
